I got this Lionel flatbed semi lumber truck 6-12806
On the box it states Perfect for O and 027 Gauge train layouts.
When I opened the thing up it is scaled way toooo small to go with anything on my layout. Looks more like 1:64th than 1:48th. If I put any of my figures by it they look like giants.
Well so much for that. The question is who makes something that is closer. I see where some say that 1;43rd looks too big but I have 1:43rd cars and they are okay would the semi look that much worse? I have a lot of 1:50 Diecast that seems okay.
Woodland Scenics Workers with Forklift WOOA2744 1.5" = 6’ match all other of the 9 or 10 brand name figures sets I have. 1.5" or 6’ So your figure scales out to about 4’ 2.5" tall

I agree they can not be close to 1:48th look more like 1:64th to me. Just wondering what the rest of you use.
I got these figures at a local hobby shop when I lived in VA and they were suppose to be scale for O gauge now here comes the big question thou okay O scale but for what 1:43, 1:48, or 1:50 lol I do know they fit perfect ( the ones that are sitting) in my Rail king passenger cars with seats and all in them.
RT, she looks like none of the above to me. She looks close to S gauge. I am looking for 1:48th or 1:50th that will match closer to the trains. I just want to know what others use with their layouts and what options there are. Not a point counter point post.
Kev I basically knew that I started out trying to joke with you just like I was looking at some supposedly O gauge people from a site in japan or china I forget which anyway the people they had where to big they where like 1 1/2" and said they were O gauge I hunted for these as they fit the rail-king cars I have and seem to be right size for in the cars. The people they had which they called OO were closer at about 1 3/16" Have to find that seller again it wasn’t wehonest
I know the trucks are not scale well the trains in most cases ( the older ones are not either
Thanks Don and Jim. I am going to check out a K-Line Sounds like it will work for what I am doing with the transfer station. I can use the Lionel one for a flatbed load.
