Sad, but has been the case for a number of years now, and not just on the NEC, but almost anywhere, more frequently around the larger urban neighborhoods…As a lot of crime, I believe it starts with the breakdown of the family environment and a lack of discipline.!

They need to have the city build rock sheds for the trains. That would have an added benefit of keeping snow off the tracks.
