Hmmm… that looks like a 2-6-6-2 wheel alignment to me…
As it says on the video, this is only a working technical prototype to show how the whistle, bell, and blow-down effect would work.
The actual tooling for the CC-2 is still being developed (as is the 3000 class A.T.S.F. 2-10-10-2). The sound set is also old and will be 4-chuffs in the production model.

That is too cool! Some how one way or another Iam going to have to get one.
Really neat effects (especially liked the swinging bell), but out of my price range. . .
