I undnerstand that on Athearn, Scale Trains, and Intermountain ES44Acs & Tier 4 in HO scale, the exposed rollar bearing caps are shown to turn, which is a good visual feature.
However on the newest run of Broadway Limited Imports version of the GE ES44ACs in HO scale, do the rollar bearing caps turn? I understand their decoders/electronics are not good, although detail & mechaniclly they are well done. I would replace the decoders though.

It’s a better quality video, but is it the same as the current production BLI’s? I don’t follow BLI so I have no idea. There is another new youtube video, but it’s a black NS loco in a dark room and you can’t even see the trucks.

I dont follow their diesels either. Didn’t even know they had three runs of this engine[:^)]
I double checked and although there might have been minor improvements to other parts of the engine, the third run still don’t have rotating wheel bearings.
In general, I dont bother with BLI diesels. If I were to model the modern era, Id go with Athearn, Intermountain, scale trains…heck even MTH before I go with BLI. BLI has little to no prototype specific detail, and they love to cut corners on their diesels. for ex I heard their es44ac incorrectly reuses the same truck frames as their ac6600.
I model the steam era though and while their diesels are lacking, their steam engines are some of the best.

That is most true, I only own two of their E7 units, which I like very much, and I can attest to their steam locomotives being top notch in detail.
