I think they’re a Busch product. See Walthers catalog page 364 at the top. #189-6003.
They come 60 to a set and you get to put them together. Mine came from the LHS.
Busch makes a LOT of kinds of flowers now.

That is a great one horse town. Wait a minute, looking at the picture I notice there are two horses. Is that a visitor horse?? If both horses live there, your town gets a promotion to a two horse village.
It seems that we can see at least three horses and maybe one more or so in the background that are not in focus.
