I am looking for help in finding which issue of trains mag. that showed the ruling grades of EL, NYC, PC, and CSX from the east coast and Chicago.
That was the February 2002 issue, with CP 2816 on the cover.
Those profiles were from 1927, and the Mountain Railroad issue, April 2004, covered them as well on pages 30 and 31.
