Over the winter I also finished detailing and painting my fleet of Penn Lake Railway S2s and RS3s. They units follow Reading detailing practices and painted like D&H units. They are all Atlas units, and use a combination of Highball Graphics and Champ decals.

Penn Lake also acquired a number of bay window and Northeastern cabooses.

I agree, the cabooses are very nice, particularly the bay window one. Sometimes a simple design well executed is much more convincing.
