On my way home from TN i passed thru KY and spot a derailment scene of Q539 from the day before. Shown is work train dumping ballast on newly laid panel track. Second photo is of a NS Ballast train on the Burnside Bridge in Burnside,KY
WO772? What is the ‘O’ stand for? I thought most trains ID’s had 3 numbers and a date of when the train first got started. Example, W077-28. Is there an exception?
