Not that it matters, but I’m seeing 1902 on yours Ken.
I don’t know if the counter is working or not. But what I’d like to know is what is the counter supposed to count? Does the count increase by one on every day you make a post; or does it increase by one every time you start a thread; or does it it increase by one every time you respond to a post? Or is it option D, whatever that might be?
And yes, this is a stupid question on my part. But I’m not worried about it. I’m just curious.
The count increases by one with each post, and will be reduced by one if the moderators or site administrator deletes one of your posts.
Interestingly, if you had posted to a thread that the moderators later moved to the sealed archive, your count isn’t reduced. You can even read a synopsis of your post in the list of your posts, but if you try to bring up the thread you’ll get, “Page Cannot be Found.”
At least the old stars for post ranking went away. Now you have to go to an individual’s member profile to learn where that person stands in the post count derby. Not that it’s accurate - mine is 2, and I know at least two people have WAY more posts than I have…
