Ed, it’s interesting to wonder how a ‘full-proportion’ LMS Pacific like that might perform.
For those not in the know, the model shown is OO (1/76 scale) so it is just as big, or perhaps even bigger, than the Dreyfus Hudsons. The prototype was much smaller-looking (to fit their British loading gage) and Ed will have that famous picture of one on the Thomas Viaduct with Kuhler’s 5304 alongside to show the true scale…
