Does anyone know what the radio frequencys are in the Powder River Basin area ?
If you have all 100 RR freqs in your scanner you should be abe to hear all the RR’s that serve that area…Hope this helps…

straight from the 2005 BNSF timetable for the Orin Line:
Radio Channel 66 (161.100MHz) in service between MP 127.3 - MP 21.1
Radio Channel 85 (161.385) in service between MP 21.1 - MP 0.4
The Reno Sub is also on Channel 66.
At the North end, you can monitor Channel 85 for mainline traffic on the Black Hills Sub.
Gillette yard ops are on channel 70 / 54 (161.160 / 160.920)
Switching channel for road crews is 39 (160.695).
It’s unfortunate that BNSF took those timetables off their public site…
