Powerhouse USRA Light 4-6-2 Grand Trunk Locomotive MIB

Does anyone have experience with this engine? It is no longer offered by retailers it seems, either on BLI or Walthers web sites. The closest thing is Powerhouse Stealth Series Steam USRA Light Pacific 4-6-2 - Powered – Atlantic Coast Line offered by the Walthers site. Are the two the same?
I read this from one website on the series of engines: BLI also has a cheaper line of locomotives (still with DCC and sound) with molded on boiler details and some other omitted features from its Paragon Series (BLI’s standard line) called the Powerhoude [sic] Classics series. Only a Heavy USRA Mike and a Rio Grande C-16 have been released in this series. BLI had a problem with locomotives shorting out for various reasons, but they have fixed this.
I wonder if the Powerhouse USRA Light 4-6-2 Grand Trunk is problem free and has DCC and sound from BLI.
