Can you tell me what make are the vehicles that are running around the lay out? What is the track that they are on? Were may I find them? I would like to add them to my lay out. Great lay out. Thanks.
GREAT use of EZ Streets!!
Would like to know just how he wired EZ Streets to run more than one vehicle on the same track. Custom vehickles are awsome!!
Octobers run of Classic Toy Trains was awesome! I was not only happy to see an article about Lee Willis’s layout but then saw the video of it on this website as well for subscribers. I have followed Lee Willis for many years on the forums and he is an endless supply of knowledge and advice. Moreover, he is a first class guy who is one of the nicest folks you would ever want to talk to. His information sharing on so many things has led me to purchase more trains for my layout!
Also enjoyed Roger’s editorial and of course always enjoy Lou’s articles!
I found the City Streets as interesting as the trains!
Beautiful layout.
Great layout Lee I have admired your work for awhile. Looking forward to more in October issue keep up the good work.
Lee Willis is one of those people who looks at the big picture and questions everything. That’s why his layout is unique. He has done some really nice things to enhance the play value of his layout.
Love the city streets, dislike the background music!
Anthony Lee has written a book on Ezy Streets I think it’s for sale on Amazon
HOORAY!!!
Finally, vehicles - cars & TRUCKS - on a layout.
Thank you,; thank you; thank you.
By comparison, my tiny layout has streets crossing RR tracks, intersecting, and routing gravel trucks.
Your magnificent layout, although too large for my taste, promotes the use of that “Monopoly” board’s central emptiness. No longer will a static taxi stand still at a RR crossing day after day with its meter running.
Roadways are an unrealistic part of most layouts. Your layout begins the acceptance of automobiles and tractor-trailers to be in harmony with the trains. What I watched excited me!
All my thanks to you Lee.
Lee’s layout is large, simple (conventional control, only two turnouts), very interesting, well planned and well scenicked! He is the John Allen of 21st century O Gauge 3 Rail.
Beautiful layout, Lee!
Lee, a beautiful fun filled layout. So nice to see moving autos and trucks along with the trains. Superb!
I liked it. I belong to a forum that Lee is very active on, so it was especially nice to read the article and watch the video of his layout. Good stuff!
I don’t know what is more impressive, the layout or the video? Both are fantastic, thank you Lee!
Great work. Loved the vehicles and the custom train names. Lots of things to catch the eye.
