I have a pre war 3/16 O Gauge American Flyer 472 Army unloading car. Does anyone have a copy the operating instructions? There are two side frame contact points, one on each side. Does anyone know why there are two contacts? I am familar with the post war two rail set up. Pre war Flyer operated on three rail track. My only guess is that this set up allows the special track trip section to be placed on either side of the car. I have never seen this special track section. Does anyone have a one that they could photo and email?
