Why is it that your videos are virtually un-watchable here on this site but on You Tube they run perfectly? Trying to stop the video so it will load ahead is also nearly impossible. I know you can fix these things, why don’t you? Believe me it’s not my computer or broad band connection.

Why do you send the newsletter through email 2-3 weeks after the magazine is delivered to my mailbox?

Patrick, the newsletter has its own publication schedule schedule and isn’t directly tied to the arrival of a magazine issue.
