David, at the moment it’s 12,993 tickets sold for Polar, and climbing steadily…

I rode the Oct. 11 round trip, but booked too late to get a first class ticket. Even in coach class, service was excellent. We had two waiters working our car. Coach passengers were not roped off; we were free to walk the full train… I went back to the observation car and met Ed Ellis.

I got to see this train as it rolled through Milton, WI last Saturday (the 11th). Very classy!

David, there are 78 trips spread out from November 21 through December 22. And we’ve sold another 1,000 tickets in Wisconsin since the last post… Polar Express is a very popular seasonal event, and we are running in six US and two UK markets this year. We are also running three Train to Christmas Town events for a total of 11 holiday season events, nearly 1,000 trains for the 2014 season.

I rode the Oct 11 trip. Wonderful dome car seats, great fall colors & terrific food & service from our car staff.Would highly recommend.

I was on the 11th trip. It was well run with fantastic customer service. Iowa Pacific has hit a home run with this train!
