QSI???? Anyone a dealer??? I've tried to contact and get no reply.

Sent them and their new distributor an email. No reply. I’m trying to find out if they still sell the ACRU-E. This is an electronic reversing unit that fits right in where your old EUnit is and works so much better. Same size and mounting. No buzzing, no easy “tripping” and no sticking.

Chief, a month ago at a train show I purchased four QSI sound modules. I then went to the internet to see if there were more that could be purchased. I never found their site with the sound modules.

You might head over to MTJ and look up Dave Roxin. At one time, he was a QSI dealer, although I don’t know whether he is now or not.

QSI is alive, but perhaps not well-- From what I found on their website at www.qsindustries.com They seem to be concentrating on their HO sound systems, and not on the products that made them famous. All the O gauge items are “available on a limited production basis” and may not be in stock. They appear to have created a wholly separate company to take care of the aftermarket O gauge items, headed by a former QSI executive. Maybe they did this so that if QSI loses the lawsuit, the main company(QSI) won’t be affected???

Thanks Willpick. I went back to the qsi web page, but unfortunately I still do not find the modules that make the barnyard, stations, caliope, etc. sound effects. Do they still make these?

Got my answer. Dave is still a dealer. The ACRU-E replaces the old EUnit in conventional engines is still available.

Cheif - glad to see the info was finally unearthed. [:D]

Thanks for the help.
