If you are looking for typical US brand model railroad paints, than you may have to order them directly from the US.

Humbrol, Tamiya, Revell, or Vallejo paints are available from various online sources, one of them being e models.

You may be able to find some of the colors You need with Tamiya, Humbrol, Vallejo, Revell, Mr Hobby Paints:
