I was lucky, the sun came out just as the head end came through the curve, and disappeared as soon as the engines passed.

I recently saw a WC loco and on its sides it had a map of Wisconsin. I never got a chance to take a photo thought. [:(]
Both yesterday and today I saw the daily northbound in Lyndon. Yesterday a Vermont Railway engine (didn’t catch the number) with 30-40 cars. Today a Washington Valley & Lammoile ( I believe…) engine # 202. 10-20 cars. I’m getting kind of bored with just sometimes spotting this train, so if any of you know a good hotspot around Northern Vermont or New Hampshire, please tell me. Thanks.

You could try heading northeast to the Island Pond area to find the St. Lawrence & Atlantic line (try east on 105 or north on 114-that’s the route I want to try if I can get up to that area). After that, consider heading south to White River Junction. I used to hang out there when I worked across the river in Lebanon, NH. That’s where the Washington County/Vermont Railway interchanges with the New England Central and Guilford(B&M/MEC). If you have any questions, let me know.

Jim, you saw the Sesqui!!! That WC locomotive was done for the state of Wisconsin’s Sesquintenial a few years back( I think 1998). It was done along with another locomotive that looked like a normal WC paint scheme, but then with Wisconsin and US flags above the Stripe on the long hood. The WSOR also did a specialty engine up for the occasion. The WSOR has now been repainted, but I still want to catch them sometime, and I hope I will. Now you’ve got me a little jealous up here…
