Red White and Blue cars?

At the last swap meet I went to I picked up a Weaver (I think) 40’ box car. Its an NP “Share in Freedom” car and smaller lettering saying "with U.S. savings bonds new freedom shares. Its painted blue on top and one end, red on other end with white between them as the stripe goes at an angle from front to back. Was this a special run car or was it made just after 9-11 as lots of stuff was being painted in red, white and blue?

The prototypes have nothing to do with 9-11. This was from a campaign by the Johnson administration to boost savings bond sales in 1967.
