Replacement trucks for Con-cor passenger cars

I recently bought a set of HO scale Con-cor corrugated passenger cars on EBay. Unfortunately, one of the cars came with a broken 4 wheel truck. Apparently the replacement truck, 970019, is no longer made. Does anyone know of a suitable replacement that will fit these cars? TIA

20 years ago I replaced some Con-Cor Superliners trucks. I ran out of Detail Associates part number PC6622 so I also used part number PC6626 (41-CUDO). The material was styrene so even if it cracked it could be repaired. I used Kadee 36 inch wheels. Records state that a 0.02 inch washer was placed on the center pin.

Currently Walthers sells several types so I don’t think you’ll have any problems.

If these are older ‘streamliner’ cars with drop-equalizer trucks, you could convert to Central Valley sprung trucks. There are not as many of these on eBay as I remember there used to be, and there is the occasional price gouge being attempted, but these used to be a ‘gold standard’ for good construction. There is also a variety of conversion bolsters, including some with ‘snap-in’ capability, for not much more $.
