How do you replace the horn hook coupler on a Trix freight car with an MT coupler?

I’ll guess that it refers to MicroTrainsLine or the former Kadee N scale products.

According to the chart a 1128 universal would work for MiniTrix truck-mounted rolling stock:

Of course, to add confusion, a “horn-hook” is generally regarded as an HO coupler? The “Rapido” coupler used to be the N scale common coupler.
