Requesting help identifying 1980's Conrail Transfer Caboose

Can any identifying the type (model/make/manufacture) of the Conrail Transfer Caboose (1980’s) pictured. I looking to model these in HO scale. Any info / suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Detroit Michigan circa 1980’s. Photos are from Byron Babbish.

Looks to me like a class N6a Caboose, after some research on the Conrail Historical Society website. Some other looking around shows that there IS a brass model out there available, but they are both expensive and brass, which can be a hassle to work with if you aren’t familiar with it. You might be better off starting with another model of a transfer caboose, and using photos from the CRHS website to add detail to your liking, and repaint it and add CR decals.

Either way, I wish you luck, and welcome to the forums!

If you look here, you will find a drawing for a Penn Central/Conrail 22’ transfer caboose which, after a quick look, appears similar to your photos.
