Rivarossi UP excursion cars wanted

Am looking for set A (635-6998 Walthers) and/or set B (635-6997)
of the excursion yellow UP smoothside cars. Also extra cars 635-6716
and 635-6729.

Would also accept corresponding sets in Standard Yellow, 635-6996
and 635-6995, plus extra cars 635-6667, 635-6765 and 635-6736.

I found both 635-6997 and 635-6998 on Ebay a few months ago. New in the box together, I paid about $150 for the both. I don’t know why they sold them together, they probably would have got more sold separately.

I also bought all four of the others (R6716, R6728, R6729 and R6734) from Internethobbies .com. They were still in stock 2 months ago.

They come up on ebay on a regular basis. Put "Rivarossi UP’ in as a saved search with email notification. Don’t put more info than that, such as “excursion,” because people don’t always add that to their listing.

I have the 4-8-4 #844 and the new Athearns Genesis 4-6-6-4 #3985 to go with them. They are beautiful together.
