Road Runner 1 - Coyote 0

Put out chicken feed last nite. Mudchicken stopped to eat. Mookie pounced, but was left with mouf full of dirty feathers… ack…

Going to have to go to plan B…grumble grumble…

Driver enjoyed spar, but was no help!!!

You could put iron pellets in the chicken feed next time. Just watch out for that big magnet. Might pull in a loco instead of dirty feathers.

Mook, Mook, Mook…

You got to be prepared for these things…you don’t take a knife to a gun fight…

maybe you need this…http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=1537&item=3292209128&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

Tree, you are brilliant! Plan b comes together!

That’s kinda what it looked like -

and - didn’t take knife - took fork! Ended up poking driver with it!

[dinner]

Maybe Auntie Mook needs a little someone whose cute but cunning.Matt could help.

If plan B doesn’t work, try putting a chocolate cake out.

Corn always worked like a charm down on the farm.

FIRST VISIT TO MOOKIE"S LAIR

Applebees in North Lincoln

Driver motioning MC into rainy parking lot with friendly wave.

MC enters only to be greeted by “HISSSSSSS”

The help and the customers scatter with confused looks everywhere.

Cat claws and feathers everywhere.

Quick, chocolate cake diversion!

Outta here!..Make beeline for Iowa…

To quote Foghorn Leghorn: “Fortunately, 'Ah have a spare set of feathers, numbered of course, for just such an occassion!”

to be continued…

Mudchicken
Back in Denver
(Mooks almost didn’t catch me ordering “Railroad Chicken Salad”!)

Chicken Salad sounds good, but so does Tuna Salad. [:D]

Just don’t forget the cottage cheese on a nice bed of lettuce. [;)]

Hey it is almost lunch time, but no “chicks” running around that I see anyway. [;)]

I guess I will have to settle for a quick burger or taco. [:p]

(They do have chicken tacos, don’t they? [;)] )

Mooks didn’t catch much of anything - therein lies the problem! [:(!]

You may be closer to a roadrunner than a chicken, as fast as you go without leaving the ground! [:X] (Glad you made it home ok)

Compare notes with Nora when she zooms in…She probably has more frequent driver miles than me…(she normally flies in much tighter circles though!)
