Does any one know of a good rock mold for a tunnel portal. I have those Giant Lionel portals but I don’t like them so any advice would be great.

Check Scenic Express, they have some excellent O Scale portals.
Here’s one I made using molds from Woodlands Scenics on a 1x4" frame.
