rs-1 with dcc

Does anyone know of any place that sells the rs-1 with dcc installed sound or not?

Doesnt exsist yet.

However, if you can find an Atlas RS1, you do have choices for sound in it! QSI and LokSound have sound files that will work just fine with an RS1 and will fit nicely.

Thanks David , although I kinda figured it doesn’t exist yet as I’ve been trying to get my hands on one since fall of 2007 I would think seeing as they do exist in the rs-2 and rs-3 why not the rs-1 . Correct me if I’m wrong if the rs-2 and rs-3 doesn’t exist as yet, I can take it.[:)]

I’m even willing to pay for a good quality rs-1 that has had sound installed if any sites or people exist.

I’ve installed into my RS-1 an ESU Loksound: http://www.westportterminal.de/rs1.html

Wolfgang nice job on the install , you made it look very straight forward( notice I didn’t say easy ) , great site as well, still browsing it.

I’ve installed in my steam engines with tsunamis but that was in the tender and had to open up a new steam engine body once to fix bachman’s Friday wire job and that was quite Not enjoyable and is probably why I’m looking for the rs-1 preinstalled with dcc.I’m like an elephant in a china store , no delicate finness.

It “appears” that Tony’s has them. Scroll down about half way. I selected one model and did everything but buy it and it seems available. You can also call Tony’s.

I notice you live in Canada. I just so happen to have the ability to install a sound decoder into an RS1 if you wish. Contact me offlist and I can give you your options.

Sorry I didn’t get a chance to give you a call today David, I wound up ordering a couple rs-1 Atlas from a hobby shop in Toronto at 59.95 each ,and a couple DH165K0 decoders, this otta get me started. Thanks for getting me off my butt guys , I’ve been procrastinating long enough.
