I found this video of a Santa Fe training film entitled “Pay Day” on YouTube. It looks to me like it’s from the early 50’s, (I think). It’s about 20 minutes long and shows some operation scenarios “of the day”.
During and after World War 2, the American Association of Railroads (AAR) and many railroads themselves produced publicity movies for distribution to schools and theaters. If you search You-tube using the phrase “railway movies” you may find 20 or more.
