What is the prefered method to wiring the Atlas sw. mach. to a SC-2?
The instuctions for Atlas say the common ‘U’ goes to the sw.
The instructions for the SC-2 say the com. goes there and the Hot goes to the sw.

As to your question, I too have an SC-2, but I use it with MTH Track Switches. Everything is working fine and I followed the instructions printed in the SW-2 manual. Good luck!
