Since Dullcote cannot be used to seal laser prined decals, what can be used. Maybe dilute white glue or maybe matt medium?
Thanks in advance,
Mark

Hi There There is a 1oz bottle of DECAL Film you Airbrush or hand brush over the decal paper after printing your art work ! You should let the decal paper cool first after printing on a laser ! I will get you the company name by Sunday
I know that Microscale sells a small bottle of Decal Film. I have used it and it works. The only problem I have experienced is that if you do not put it on very thin the decal might curl.
Thank you for the replies. But I am thinking about what to do after the decal is applied to the model??
Markie, forgive the slight diversion in the post, but what type of decal paper do you use? I tried making stickers with printer paper, but they don’t adhere with liquid glue.
I used laser printer decal paper that I purchased on ebay. Made and used decals with it before and they turned out to be pretty good. However, I installed them with no sealing and I’m concerned that eventually they will fail (as in start to peel).
Test Krylon Acrylic clear spray. It is what I use to seal my inkjet decals. Art supply stores like Michaels or AC Moore have it. It is available in gloss or matt finish; UV resistant is also available
