SHOUTING !!!

Can We just get back to Model Railroading…

Don’t sweat the small stuff, In this case the LARGE stuff!!

Now that’s funny!!

For the visually impaired, the text size can be increase in IE by going to:

View > Text Size> Largest

In addtion to this , there are other methods, such as holding the “Ctrl” button down and using your mouse wheel to shrink / expand the whole webpage.

FYI

I have to admit that I just read Dan Merkel’s reply which was in a much larger font, and found it quite easy to read. Now I don’t know how this new Forum comes up on your computers, but on mine, the printing comes up really rather small (about an 8-point Font) and I’ve been having a little trouble with reading some of the posts. Now I’m 68, but my eyesight is still relatively good (despite bifocals, LOL!), so it could be one of two things–the new Forum, or the fact that I recently went through a siege of having to re-format my computer and it’s still acting like a Prima Donna[:-^].

At any rate, I didn’t get the impression that Dan was ‘shouting’, I got the impression that it was just much easier for me to read. At least under the present circumstances.

Some of you are getting it mixed up.

Using Large type is not considered shouting.

USING ALL CAPS IS CONSIDERED SHOUTING.

Personally IDK. [swg]

I think that the idea of shouting came from texting on cell phones and were not on them here so lets not sweat the small stuff

lets put this to bed.

my original question was why?

to the ones I had in mind I think selector summed it up best - B.B&E

to Don Z - of course it doesnt matter. however if asking a simple question is condidered " griping " I dont think I am the one with a problem

anyway I think that`s enough.

DITTO!!!

More importantly, caps take up more space and space costs money in the print industry.

Now that yelloy type IS ANNOYING!!

OK, now I get it!! I couldn’t read it untill I changed the color - now it’s a good thing we dont have a white type!![:D]

Unless someone wants to write . Then things get kind of oddod…[alien]

Agreed. And now that everyone is bright eyed and bushy-tailed after a stirring conversation, let’s talk some trains…

Woohoo!
