Show Your Ground Throw Extended Linkage?

I’m going to have to get creative, using extended piano wire linkages drilled horizontally through adjacent roadbed. An earlier/current thread from a different OP got me thinking… (watch out!) it would be great to see how others have solved the problem. I will likely have to run linkage (really not the correct tern for just a piece of piano wire is it?) through the “Northern Lights Power Station” foundation (or below it) to 2 turnouts behind it.

Thanks if you can share…

hoping ROB of WP8thsub will pop up with some closeups of some of his that look from a distance to be extended under double tracks to a Manuel throw …

I myself played around with running music wire linkage thru small stir straws to get hand throws on the operator side of the tracks , and though it worked there was just enough play in the linkage & wire that I was NOT getting a solid throw with my unsprung “atlas custom line” turnouts that have a Tad bit of slop themselves . I was using the caboose sprung throws …

so I,m looking to see what others have done to [;)] Jerry

Here is a PC board used to connect two piano wire “cranks” to change two turnouts simultaneously. The PC board could be much longer…
