Slide Show of Motive Power

Been taking photos and putting them in the DMW web site:

Also though I would make a small slide show of my current motive power. Let me know if this thing works… thanks.

They are straight out of the box and you might want to put the setting to fast (it’s in the lower left)

humph…not one comment… I guess this went over like a lead brick

I’m not sure what sort of comment you were looking for. The first link was to a list. I noticed that one of the engines does not have a road number. It also says that road numbers in grey are inactive. None of the road numbers appeared grey on my screen.

I also looked at the slide show. Yes it worked if that is what you wanted to know. So far as the subject matter, I have no interest in steam engines, so they did nothing for me. Most of the diesels were UP. Those people should be drawn and quartered.

Ok… thanks for that… I guess. Was just wonder if the data came out ok.

The H15-44 from Proto 2000 does not have a road number. Not sure why. I guess I’ll have to research and put a decal on it.

This is just a way to put in digital form all ones RR motive power and stock. I made some car cars and they really do come out nice with a photo of the actual car or loco. And this is much easier for guests to read… when I get an actual road built of course. But for now I’m doing the things as needed. And car cards are one of them things.

As far has your comment on the UP diesels and the folks being drawn and quartered… well, that was mature. I don’t make fun of the RR your modeling…

But hey, it’s all cool. Hum, what RR are you modeling??? I don’t recall any photos…

I model Conrail, 1984-ish, the going around in circles basement room division. I don’t post photos because I don’t have anything worthwhile to share. It’s taken me 25 years to get the second loop around completed.

My comment on the UP was not directed at any UP modelers, no matter how misguided they might be. It was directed at the company itself, primarily because I’m a still a little peeved at their petty little lawsuits aimed at the model railroad industry.

If you feel my comment was immature that’s fine. Maybe I should have said sliced and diced.

In any case you made your original post and it was unclear what you were asking for, other than to know if it worked. Then you made a second post where you seemed to complain that no one commented. So I accommodated you and commented.

Oh, and I like some Penn Central too. If you want to make fun of that, have at it [(-D].

Regards!
