Slowly but surely the town of Gaston

So after putting my town on hold for work and money reasons Ive slowly been working on it again. Most of my pieces will not be glued down so that I can change them and when we move it will be easier to get it out of the basement. Im still learning and trying to do most things on a cost effective way possible. Let me know what you think. Oh and I cant glue anything straight to save my life.

Hey Chris,

It is a great time in a model railroader’s world when progress is being made on the layout. Looks like Gaston will be a nice place for your 1/87th scale people to live (and eat [:D]). As your skills progress and your layout progresses you will be further along on the “learning curve” and able to conquer the complexities of glues and clamps and all the other things that add realism to your buildings and scenery.

This is a fun hobby so keep on building (and posting) and you will be surprised how quickly your skills will develop.

Good Luck,

John R

Fun! Before you know it you’ll have a metropolis.

Oh no Sean gonna be a small farming town in the midwest. Kinda like the one I grew up in.
