You might want to try this again. Normally, to get an image, you have to upload the image to a web site elsewhere. For example, I keep my pictures at http://www.hugart.net/layout/ (you can go there to see all the pictures).
When I want to show an image in a post, I refer to it using the Image tag, which is img enclosed in brackets. I follow that by the URL of the specific picture, like http://www.hugart.net/layout/Mpls.gif , then by /img enclosed in brackets.
The result is a small version you can click on to see the big versin:
Be sure to preview any post you make with images, so you can catch errors before you post. Otherwise, you have to go back and edit the original post to correct the code.
