Does anyone have a link to a roster of locomotives the Southern Railway Co. would have had in 1950-55? If not, could you recommend a good book, that is currently on the market, on the Southern’s history that would have such roster and photos?

I believe you should check out the HO Sam site, here is the URL:

It is not a complete roster but he has them listed by loco type and ranges by date and order #'s, such as with this page http://www.hosam.com/srr/hoodpnt.html
