This was a special train they ran on Saturday the regular service starts on Monday. I believe that is Amtrak PR guy Mark Maliguri in the vestibule waving. I think he is based in Chicago but not sure. Video was reposted from TRAINS Newswire item (YouTube address…so I hope that is OK).
