What kind of speed restrictions and limits are on thease lines? Any general information would be appreciated. Specific information would be really appreciated.

Willard Sub - 60 mph intermodal or loaded freight cars, 50 mph any train other than intermodal with empty cars, 40 mph over diamonds, 50 mph through Tiffin. If you mean the ex CL&W Cleveland Sub, max is 25 mph with restricted speed not exceeding 20 mph through yard limits at Lester and Parma.
