Haven’t done this for a trackside contest or 2… I’ll start.
No trains, but Cherry Blossoms (this was from a few years ago - still have a couple of weeks to go for this year).

ROTFLMAO![(-D]
Zug - nice.
I could have shot the other image here in central NY on Easter Saturday - there was 4-5 inches of snow where we let the kids off to hunt for easter eggs.
I thought we were going to have spring in northern Utah, but it was still chilly yesterday morning.
Could someone send me a spring for the patio lock on my porch door? I then will not have to lift the broomstick to unlock the door when my daughter’s dog wants to go out. The North Dakota spring looks to be too large.[:)]
Ah! A new topic - what kind of glue did they use to stick those wheels to the side of the gon?
This is the photo I entered.
The New England landscape is finally starting to turn green as MBTA train 424 rolls through Lincoln, MA. Fresh leaves bring new life into a scene steeped in history; Lincoln once had a siding between the two main tracks, and the code line strung alongside the tracks is still alive and well. When this photo was taken in April 2012, most of the Fitchburg Line—including the searchlight signal in the distance—was controlled by Waltham Interlocking Tower, seven miles to the east.
I think it’s called “Brute Force…” [;)]
The result of icy roadways no doubt!
Sprung Spring…ouch…
That wheelset on the car side looks like it could have impaled a few…eeek!!
Spring, schming! I’m an old Jersey guy, I don’t stop worrying about snow until after the first of May!

I like the amount of depth and texture- especially of the roadbed- that comes out in the photo.
Don’t have a picture, but here in North Florida the azalea blooms are almost gone, along with the dogwoods, and when outside I’m already having to apply the Official Florida Perfume/Cologne (mosquito repellant).
