For us that bought the new Bachmann EM-1 or B&O modelers in general Xmas arrived a tad early
this is one incredibly beautiful model to tag along behind thosse Beano freight consists.
I was allowed a short look and to snap a couple of pictures before it was whisked away to be wrapped.
Agreed - I got the 1960’s ‘pool service’ version (dark blue with yellow ends) and it is definitely a World Class model!
Fantastic piece, can’t wait for mine. One just as you have for the EM-1 and one for Pool service for all my EMD B&O blue beauties. Maybe one in Chessie- we’ll see don’t want to be a pig at Christmas…

Mine just came this afternoon and I have to say it was well worth the wait! I got one of the original ones and a blue and yellow pool service caboose and one of the Chessie cabooses. I have two of the brass versions and their is no conparison . The detail on the Spring Mills Depot caboose is amazing to say the least. I never dreamed anyone would make a model of this caboose let alone one with the detail these have. The first ones I remember seeing was when I was about seven years old at Martinsburg , West Virginia and I have loved them eversince. I got my EM-1 and now these I-12 cabooses all in the same year. Thanks Bachmann, Thanks Spring Mills Depot!
