Thanks for that - lots of data and detail in the 13 pages of this 1st report, esp. the Street Crossing Blockages and the Train Volumes pages. Understanding it, however . . . . that’s probably how CN will eventually wear down the local opposition - forcing them to wade through, digest, and understand all of it.

The NARRATIVE of the Accidents and Injuries sounds like “life on the railroad”, alright - except I don’t understand how - on Page 6 of 13 of the "PDF version - that clearing a paper jam in a yard office photocopier is properly classified as an "Injuries on CN tracks inside of the EJ&E “Arc” " ??? [:-,]
