Tom; great pictures again !! I like those little CSX shortline hoppers ! We used to work those cars in the Harbor in Ashtabula years ago, shipped iron ore in those to the mills in Cleveland by you. We called them Jennies !! I don’t think they use them any more, though.
Thanks,

great pictures i love the scenery. looks like you put alot of time and effort. if you dont mind bout how long did it take you to do that

I havn’t posted any pictures in a while because I have done very little to the layout except run trains. But here are few old shots.

Great pics as allways, here are some scores from my trip to Pits.

Lackawanna porter and Lehigh valley hoppers

I had a few things on the shelf that I had never taken out of the boxes. My grandson unboxed them and made up a train. Distributed power?

His train consists of a Lackawanna Porter, 2 CNJ hoppers, a CNJ Plymouth, another CNJ hopper and a CNJ caboose. All are K-line items.

Looks like lots of fun, John (jeffelectric) how did your rail/stockyard project come out?

Personnaly, I’m still painting bedrooms, getting ready for our big day. (Permit approvals).

Today removing accoustic ceiling.

Nice pictures, everyone.
John, Looks like you have a large collection of trains by the shelves
in the background. Neat train room.

Houdy,
What is the size of you layout?
John

Its about 8’ X 14’, three loops all connected to each other; outer is a folded dogbone that goes up to a reverse, then back down, into a tunnel, and under the table to another reverse loop. Then there are two other loops on the main table.

Yes, that is what I have been calling CSX all along. [;)]

Great shots guys.

Great pictures guys.

Don, I am still working on the stock yard. Ran out of lumber (stripwood) and haven’t found time to get more. Also I am slow.

The Track was down and running trains in about 4 weeks and the rest was done in about 6 months. There are still a few small areas that I am planning on reworking. [;)]

nice pix everyone; that’s wowsome what some of you have done with fasttrack!

Rain, rain, rain

Tested R/C operations in the rain with Williams SD-45; will post more cool photos today or tomorrow on my R/C post

The Urbane Hound Dog

BB the Beagle has picked up a promising, delicious rabbit scent in the townhouse commons of Kingsbrooke. Some friendly residents (seen in the distance) point in the direction the rabbit ran, but BB already is hot on the trail!

The scent leads her to someone’s property. Sorry BB, we cannot trespass. After the classical pulling exercise we continue on the scent.

Oh boy, here we go, the rabbit has chosen the underbrush.

Into the underbrush she goes and I follow in a low crawl. Hope I don’t get too cut up today.

An irate neighbor from his townhome deck yells at us, telling us we’re killing trees and that he’s going to report me to the HOA (the HOA for those not familiar, is a

Hello All! Nice Photo’s. Dave-You & BB should move to Ohio. Lots of land for her to roam & rabbitts to chase. HOA sounds like “House Ogre’s of America”[;)][:)][:o)] Take Care.
