Welcome back! I could imagine you not rebuilding the tressel. Excellent work.

The tressle only took 10% of the time the second go around (3 hrs instead of 30) due to I had the measurements, jig and so on to hand, I also did it out of 2 sheets of balsa (1/4"x2x24" and a 1/16"x2"x24")this time instead of a 2x6. Much easier to cut the scale lumber out of, used an exacto instead of a band saw !!
Looks like your getting experience on all sorts of things at that club, thats great, I’m really pleased, wi***here was a good one close by here.

We’ll it may not be as pretty as some of the pictures on here, but having ordered it 8 weeks ago, it sure looks pretty to me. Now I just have 8 decoders to install. I had one already in my daughters and I put a SoundTrax in my son’s Spectrum 2-8-0 before I even hooked it up.

Overview of Gator Creek Bait Shop and Fishing Pier.
The Short family are on a day trip to Gator Creek for some fishing and family time.Dad leaves Mom and the kids watching the swans while he goes into the bait shop to hire a boat.
At the front of the shop, worker Dave is replacing a couple of boards on an old row boat. Dave has to stop and look up at the bosses son who’s complaining Daves taking too long and Dave needs to clear up the trash from the walkway. Daves mumbles something about not nailing the other board on and hoping young Mr West is the next one to use the boat.
Around the back of the store Joe gets himself and Anne a soda while Anne chats casually with Old Mr West while she waits. The trash cans around the back are full too, Dave better get moving!
While Dad heads off into the store a 2-8-0 passes disturbing the ducks on its way to the Pine Ridge yard.

Karl–let me echo Aggro on your work–it’s really superb. As to the trees, unfortunately my Photo Shop seems to freeze pictures at a certain size, and the only way I can get them to enlarge is to go back into my documents, but I can’t get the document pictures to transfer onto a post. I’ll try and take some close-up photos this week and send them along in a post.
