What help are you looking for? MR ran floor plans for Superliners years ago. You could find that in the online index.

Hopefully Smitty (CSmith) will chime in soon and give you some great pointers as he has done some extraordinary work on at least one of his Santa Fe Hi Level coaches.

RE: Easy Sharpening Up of Walther’s and other brands Passenger Car Interiors.

November 1982 issue. It has the interior layout of all the Superliner cars except the Transition Sleeper. I also got a couple of the ConCor Superliner cars, notably the Lounge-Cafe car, and with those big windows, it’s REALLY obvious that you’re running the empty shell of a car. I made up interiors for the upper levels for the Lounge-Cafe and the Coach using Precision Scale Seats Item #585-333121, but those special seats for the Lounge section took some kitbashing. The rest is just sheet styrene. I can send you a copy of my notes if you’d like.

that would be helpful thank you

The interiors you see above are for Train Station Products hi level cars (those are my cars you are looking at). They are produced by Palace Car Company ( http://www.palacecarco.com/ ). They are easy to construct, and SHOULD adapt well for the Con Cor Superliners. If not, you could use some sheet styrene, and just purchase the seats from them seperately and build your own interior from the floor up.

I would also try calling the parts/repair/service folks at Walthers, and ask if they have any interiors available (the ones they used for the new run of Superliners). I know that they sell parts seperately since I found a set of underbody details for the Walthers Budd passenger cars at Caboose Hobbies.

Check your emails through this site.

As Smitty says, the Hi-Level interiors are by Palace Car Co. But they also make special interior packs for Con-Cor Superliners.

Here’s the coach:

No lounge or sleeper interior kits yet, and they likely won’t be made anytime soon.

I should add that these interior kits are not perfectly accurate, but they’re a start. The new Walthers Superliners comming out soon should have fairly accurate Superliner interiors…at least they better for the listed price.

And if you were looking for Superliner interior plans, here’s a very useful link:

I didn’t even know that Palace Car Co was making interiors specifically for the Superliner cars now. I did notice they have a lot of new stuff since I last looked, but guess I really need to get on there and check everything out. Thanks for the heads up!!!
