I’m traveling to Tacoma later today to do some work at Ft Lewis,and was wondering if there any good train shops to see/visit. I’ll arrive late tonite and leave Thur. Staying at Sheraton on Broadway Plaza. Any info on places/shops and directions from hotel are appreciated.

On the North side of Tacoma is “Tacoma Trains” He’s got a good selection of Lionel. I can’t remember exactly where but Mapquest will help you find them
There is a trainstore in Lakewood which is near FT Lewis off of Gravelly Lake Blvd. Mostly HO and N scale. Wish I could remember the name but they are in the phone book under hobbies.
