When using the type of terminal/barrier strip(s) you have pictured, to achieve what you want you will need either the metal jumpers that have been suggested or you can make your own.
I made my own by using short lengths of 20 AWG with red #6 (22-18 AWG) spade connectors.
Each jumper goes to every other terminal, which I have color-coded.
In the photo the 16 AWG speaker wire is from the command station/booster.
The jumpers energize 6 pairs of terminals to which the EB1 circuit breakers and the AR10 auto-reverser/circuit breaker (out of the frame) are attached; blue color-coded wires.
From these, each isolated/gapped power district is connected.
