TEX Rail negotiations move ahead

It’s funny to see a Texas rail transportation funding based upon getting money from the Federal Transportation funds and yet several Texas legislators are leading the push to eliminate the Federal Gas Tax and eliminate all Federal Funding for all transportation projects. They want all the states to pay for anything transportation related instead.
