Assuming that the verdict for MTH is upheld after the appeal process, what do you think will happen to Lionel? Will Mike buy it and merge it into MTH, will someone else buy it, or will it (let’s hope not) just go away?

these threads speculating endlessly about LIONEL’s future given a lawsuit judgment without a final resolution by the court are just wearing me out.
I will not waste my legal expertise commenting any further on them. I wi***he rest of you all the best pursuing these lines that IMHO go nowhere.

I think that this topic has been beaten to death. Why don’t we all hold off on the “what ifs” until the next big milestone in the legal case unfolds.
It has taken four years to get to this point, we probably have four more years ahead of us, so lets pace ourselves and talk about toy trains, not toy train politics.
