Besides the control software is there a parts different between the 16cyl 6000hp HDL (AC6000), and the 12 cyl 4400 hp GEVO (ES44AC/DC). Is it something like the relationship between a EMD 16-710(SD70) and a 20-710(SD80). The post got confusing somehwere. I was also curious if dropping the 4 cylinders made it able to go with one turbo instead of two. It would seem that it would still need to have been a single bigger unit, or maybe they went with higher boost since they have a bigger intercooler.
