I’ve noticed that, too. It must be a virus going around or something. I’ve gotten a couple of quarterlys from the NYCSHS and they had upcoming 2006 events for this year. I could see it happening once…but twice?

I think what you are seeing is when somebody tags an answer on an old thread it comes back to the front page. Some do it to be annoying, some do it to bring something back to see if they get a different answer…
